These slippers are all the rage! Make one pair and you'll surely want more! Made with bulky wool and felted, this is a quick knit, even for beginners. You should be comfortable with knit and purl, and have a little experience with basic decreases. Taylor will walk you through the construction of your slippers, including shaping the toe, adding an applied i-cord, and seaming. She will provide felting tips, and we'll even felt your slippers for you if you like!
Class fee is $60 for two sessions, and includes the pattern. Yarn to be purchased separately from Chickadee Knit Studio. We recommend 4 skeins of Wooldorf yarn, and size US 11 - 8.0mm needles.
Please note: Homework before the first class: please knit the square for the back of the heel and bring it to the first class.
