Join us as we turn knitted tubes into socks! The quickest way to make a pair and use up your sock yarn stash! Drop off your yarn at the studio to have the tube made, and return for class two weeks later. Must drop off yarn by January 17th!
In this three-hour workshop, we'll learn the afterthought heel, how to add a toe, and how to pick up stitches for the ribbing.
Skill Level - Comfortable knitting socks (even with a little help)
Yarn - Bring your own sock yarn from stash, or purchase from Chickadee Knit Studio ($20 fee to have your yarn knitted into a tube in either case)
Needles - Two circular needles at least 24" long, size 0-2 (to get 8 stitches per inch gauge)
